Please provide photos of the damage or defect.

After verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost.

2. Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately.

We will investigate the shipment and, if necessary, provide a full refund.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to international shipping costs and logistics, most items cannot be returned.

Exchanges or returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged.

All refunds or exchanges are processed after confirmation of the issue.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

In cases where a return is accepted, Pet-Toys-Clothes covers the return shipping if the product is damaged or defective.

For any returns not related to damage or defect (if accepted), the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
